Bread with olives and rosemary
Wheat flour of the highest grade 2 cups
Rye flour ½ cup
Dry yeast 11g
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Olives 10 pieces
Dried rosemary 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
Water 1 glass
Sift flour into a misc.
Add yeast, sugar, rosemary, butter (take delicious, olive, linseed, I have corn), mix.
Gently pour in the warm !! water and knead the dough, add salt.
Stir in finely chopped olives.
Leave the dough in a warm place to come (minutes 35-40).
When the dough has come, we knead it with our hands, we form a loaf / loaf.
Lubricate the top with oil, sprinkle with salt, rosemary and olives
We send to the oven, heated up to 180 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
We get it and let it cool down (if you take it, of course).
