FUN HOLIDAY COOKIE CUTTER HUCKLEBERRY PANCAKES!

So we were watching a Christmas movie a few weeks ago, and the mom in the movie made Christmas tree pancakes. My boys said "We should make Christmas shaped pancakes!"

It sounded like SO much fun, we decided to try it! We pulled out all our favorite shaped metal cookie cutters. I then sprayed them with cooking spray, and filled them up about halfway. They expanded quite a bit, which made them tall and fluffy!

We then added Huckleberries to some of them. It made them colorful and delicious! You can get creative and add chocolate chips, nuts, or other berries!

Be sure to put the toppings in first, so you can see them when you flip them over. Also, the metal cutters will get hot, so be sure to use a hot mitt or spatula when you flip them over.

The kids loved picking their shapes and making their own creations! It was a fun project! We will definitely do this again!
