How many people present here want to lose weight,
I am sure there are many people who are frustrated because of their belly fat that does not shred off instead of the intense workout and dieting,
Let me tell you a very clear breif about the mistakes that you are doing, you are doing it all the wrong way, you are excluding the amount of carbs i.e. wheat or chappati from your diet which is causing you to lose your entire energy ,you are not able to work and focus, you are energy deprieved and you have lost all the mental energy to complete your daily tasks.
Though in short span , you may think, you are losing weight, but you are just losing the water from your body, the carbs get converted into glucose and when you don't eat enough carbs the blood glucose level goes down, any amount of protein cannot replace the carbs as they maintain the blood sugar levels , and the body is energy deprieved , our body needs local foods, rather than food that is brought and packaged into different forms.
Whenever you deprive your body from the needed nutrients there is an imbalance created, which later results into diseases , for a healthy and happy life , we need to provide our body with wholesome food.
