Fellow steemians we know that most of Filipino always prepared foods for their family and friends specially if we have some occasion. Let me share to you the best foods that is always serve in our table.

In Filipino PANCIT is a noodles which introduced us by Filipino Chinese settlers. Over a century we fully adopted this into a local cuisine which all family mostly cooked at home. This pancit is a noodle is present in all occasions specially in birthdays and fiesta. It is most favorite by children by putting this in a sliced bread and it is good for snacks . Many of us like to put a calamansi on pancit for more taste.

One of the best dish is LECHON. It is the popular dish in the Philippines. The best lechon is found in cebu where they roasted a suckling pig over a slow burning coal. Lechon is cooked after seasoning is put in a large stick and place in a low burning charcoal. Then rotate the stick until the pig is totally roasted in all side and make the pork skin crisp.This lechon is serve in any cuisines and restaurant in the Philippines where many filipino loves to eat.

We have also best soup which is called SINIGANG. It is a Filipino soup which is sour savoury taste most often associated with a tamarind. We can used any pork cut and have a vegetables for good taste. This sinigang is originally cooked in tagalog region but the Cebuano makes their sinigang with a different taste by putting a ginger on it.

We have the best dish of all Filipino is ADOBO. This food is marinated with garlic pepper salt and vinegar inorder to preserve the flavor. Then cooked this marinated food until it's totally soften for better taste. Abodo is always be cook in family gathering because of it different taste where we all loves to eat.
