When Only The Best Will Do

Since I can not travel overseas due to the COVID situation I'm fully committed to improve my cooking skills. So here is tonight's achievement.

Pork Neck slices baked on a spicy vegetable bed. It was very tender and delicious.

Served with some pickles and did I mention the bacon slice with it?

To sweeten things a bit why not a baked cheesecake slice (or two) topped with sour morello cherries in a sweet sauce.

Wow I think I'm getting there!
