VENEZUELAN SPRING EGGS
We split the eggs (chicken postures) and separate the yolk from the white one, like this:
Beat the whites of the eggs with an electric beater (if you do not have one you can do it manually), once you lift the egg, whites incorporate the yolks, salt to taste and finish beating, as you can see:
Now we put to heat a frying pan and we have all our contours ready to prepare the VENEZUELAN SPRING EGGS
Once the pan is hot, we put a splash of oil or butter and spread it all over the mold and place half of the beaten eggs, we put the vegetables to our taste, as you can see:
Now cover with the rest of the beaten egg.
We cover and wait a couple of minutes, then we turn the tortilla with the help of a large lid, and cook the next side.
Now ready, we serve with a good coffee or whatever you want or you fancy.
