Protein fitness pancakes
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese skim 200 g
Oat bran 2 tbsp
Egg 1 pc + Egg white 3 pcs
Natural yoghurt 2 tbsp
Stevia for sweets
Preparation:
Mix the products in a blender and fry the pancakes in a small frying pan (ceramic or granite) without oil.
You can think of stuffing or eating with berries / fruits and natural yoghurt.
