You know how Korean enjoys the BBQ all the time??
I Can tell you that there is No ONE GRILL BETTER THAN ME!!! maybe my dad >< I learned all the technique from him!!
But it is always hard to find the best temperature to start grilling!!!
Today I found this place where all servers carry the thermometer!! How amazing it is!!
My father in law found this place where serve pork in so fancy way!! isn't it beautiful? how they did the plating??
Once you open the glass dome!!! it is even better>0<
REMEMBER!! 190' CELSIUS !!! IT IS THE BEST TEMPERATURE TO START GRILL!!!
How it would be easy if you can carry this all the time!!!
But if you don't carry one of them. just drop a few water drops!!, if it evaporates all the sudden, you are ready to go!!

It is just Amazing pieve of art!!! Yes I grill on my dinning table!! it is Korean Style!! There is a fire pot in Korean BBQ restaurant!! I want one in my own house lol
