Lard with garlic, dill and walnuts
This delicious appetizer goes well with dark bread. Nuts make her taste especially interesting. Here is a simple recipe. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients
- Salted fat 150 g
- Garlic 5-7 cloves
- Walnuts 20-30 g
- Dill taste
- Spice taste
Cooking
- Shake off lard from salt and cut into small pieces. Suitable fat with and without meat layer.
2 ․Grind lard with a blender along with garlic, nuts, dill and spices. The mass should be homogeneous.
3 ․Serve with slices of dark bread.
