How to make croquettes of crab sticks and red fish
A hot French snack will quench your hunger a little and wake up your appetite before serving main dishes. When cooking, you have to be patient, but crispy croquettes are worth it.

Ingredients
- Lemon 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 150 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Crab sticks 350 g
- Smoked red fish 100 g
- Fresh parsley taste
- Salt taste
- Ground black pepper taste
- Sour cream 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Flour 3 tbsp. spoons
- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Egg 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 250 ml
Cooking
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon, do not discard the zest. Mix it with mayonnaise and chopped garlic. Set aside.
2 ․ Grind crab sticks and smoked fish fillet in a blender. It should turn out quite finely, but not mashed.
3 ․ Add grated zest and parsley, salt, pepper and sour cream to the mixture. Form the oval croquet blanks, put on a platter and refrigerate for an hour.
Pour flour in one bowl, crackers in the other, and beat the egg lightly in the third. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Bread the blanks first in flour, then in the egg, and then in breadcrumbs and deep-fry.
6 ․ Dry the croquettes on paper towels and serve hot with garlic mayonnaise.
