Composition:
oil (margarine) - 200 gr
flour-320 gr egg - 1 PC
sour cream - 3
tablespoons champignons (frozen) - 1 kg
onion-1 PC.
cream 10% - 200 ml
cheese-50 gr.
salt to taste dill for decoration.
Preparation:
For the dough.
Oil (if from the freezer) on a coarse grater or mash with a fork. Add flour, egg, sour cream, salt. The dough is carefully kneaded with the hands until smooth, it should be easy to come unstuck from hands. If the dough sticks to the hands, you need to add more flour.
The prepared dough is laid out in molds for cupcakes with a thin layer. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Get out of the tins and let cool.
To make the filling.
Unfreeze the champignons and finely chop, finely chop the onion and fry until Golden brown. Add cream, salt and stew until thickened cream. Cool.
Fill baskets stuffed with mushrooms, sprinkle with cheese lost on a fine grater and put in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Put the tarts on a dish and decorate with greens.
