During rainy season, we normally prepares fish tinola with alugbate.

Preparation of this dish is so simple; all you just need is fresh fish, alugbate, tomato, spring onions, ginger, red bell pepper and condiments to taste and of course enough water.

But for my mader’s version, only a fresh fish with alugbate with pinch of salt and ajinomoto is fine...

Actually, sipping the broth complements the cold temperature...

This kind of broth is a favorite to someone who had a hard days’ work.... It helps them restore the energy exerted earlier.

Though it is very simple and light for a meal, but the satisfaction after consuming it really matters....
