--Fresh Genovese Basil
--Crisped Shiitake Mushrooms

--Green Olives
--Smoked, Thinly-sliced Lunasi Venison

We make our pizza dough from organic and white whole wheat flours from King Aurthur, as those are the least sprayed with glyphosate that we have been able to confirm. We have had gluten-free people over to dinner who have confirmed that they are less affected by these flours.
