Preparing quick meals makes your life easier
We can always choose meals that are easy to prepare with few ingredients, and they result delicious and satisfying. When I cook meat I buy quality and tender meat like the tenderloin. I bought a big piece , and I divide it in varios parts, so that I can use it in different preparations.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo of tenderloin cut in thin strips
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 green chilles
- 1 spoon of thyme
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 spoon of soy sauce
Preparation:
- wash and dry all the vegetable before cutting
- cut the meat in thin strips
- in a pan place the oil and the garlic cut in slices
- then place the meat cut in strips
- sauté the meat without burning the garlic for 5 minutes
- add the vegetables, the soy sauce and the thyme
- keep cooking for 10 minutes
- adjust the salt and serve hot
