Cupcakes coco cream
For Cupcakes
Ingredients
450gr of sugar
400 gr of leavening flour
200 gr of margarine
5 eggs
½ cup grated coconut
½ cup coconut liqueur
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Water or coconut milk the amount needed
1- beat butter with sugar until whitened
2 - add the eggs one to one beat well
3- incorporate sifted flour alternating with liquor, essence and water or coconut milk
4- Fill the capacities and bake the cupcakes until they brown or when you put a toothpick it comes out clean
For the coconut cream
200 grams of cream cheese
250 grams of icing sugar
1 teaspoon of coconut and vanilla essence
3 tablespoons coconut liqueur
¼ cup shredded coconut
½ cup cream
Combine the cream cheese with the cream, the sugar, the essences, the liquor and beat at low speed with the mixer until it has cream consistency, we use this to fill and decorate the cupcakes although this cream you can eat alone How rich it is.
