Pork ribs in Canadian style

This fragrant sweet marinade sauce for ribs-barbecue is indistinguishable from the sauce served at the famous restaurant in Montreal, which was lined up on the street any day of the week. Do not forget the lemon and cinnamon. Cook the remainder of the sauce over low heat until the sugar completely dissolves, and serve separately for those who like with a double serving of sauce. 1/2 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup of ketchup
2 cups of brown sugar
5 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
pork ribs

In a small bowl, combine the apple puree, ketchup, sugar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and ground cinnamon.

Marinate the ribs with a mixture and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before cooking. Roast on the grill, constantly lubricating the sauce.
