My friend called up last night to meetup at 9.00 pm as his ship is on the way to anchor at Labuan Anchorage after cast off from jetty.

We having dinner together at Fishermen Harbour Restaurant at 9.30 pm. We just order simple dishes as I and my wife had taken our dinner at home earlier.

Life as a seamen sometimes just like a biscuit... today you here at Labuan and then 2 to 3 days later you might be at other country... hahaha...

2 weeks ago, I just met him when he came by ship, a chemical tanker ship, from Indonesia. Then he sign off at Labuan and went back home to Kuala Lumpur for only 1 night. Then, from Kuala Lumpur he went to Singapore to sign on again to another ship of which the ship then sailing from Singapore to Labuan.

Today, the ship sailing again from Labuan to Songkhla Thailand where the journey will take approximately 4 days.
