Muffins with jellies - step by step recipe
Muffins with jellies and pieces of nuts and chocolate. They taste the best when they are still warm :)
Time of execution: 45 min
Servings: 12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 spoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- 1/3 glass of oil
- 2 eggs
Additionally:
- 40 g jellies
- 20 items of dragoons
- 40 g white chocolate
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Recipe step by step for muffins with jelly beans:
Separately mix the dry and wet ingredients. Milk oil and eggs with a mixer. In a second container, mix dry products (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla sugar).
Mix with a spoon the dry ingredients with the wet ones
Add pieces of jelly, nuts, chocolate and raisin to the cake
Fill the cake molds with 2/3 of their height and bake 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
