Breakfast Party #01

I attending a breakfast party they try to promoting to sell their product. Host was giving speech why we need to buy his product, how we will be benefited if we buy his product and so on. I started with mini burger then cake. About 12 different of foods was there, sweet drinks, tea or coffee any one you like. How much you can eat no problem for that. I only took three item. Morning time I can't eat more food. Studies have shown that morning's heavy snacks reduce the tendency of high calorie intake throughout the day. As a result, breakfast in the morning helps to reduce weight.

When the stomach is empty in the morning, the body will reduce your metabolism rate to balance it. If you exclude regular breakfast, your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) will be reduced. As a result, you will be fat if you play less.
