Good day Steeminians! Are you looking for a perfect and healthy recipe?! Look no further!

You will only need 6 ingredients and some spices! This portion is for 2-4 people!

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Temperature: 200°C
Baking time: 30-40 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 4-6 zucchinis
  2. 450 grams of minced meat
  3. 1/2 onion
  4. 1 clove of garlic
  5. 80 grams of bulgur or rice
  6. 3 marzano peeled tomatoes (diced)

Spices: 1 tsp of salt, a pinch of pepper
1 tsp of red paprika
1 beef bouillon cube ( boil 100 ml of water, put the cube in the boiled water and let ih simmer for a couple of minutes)

Let's get started!

Rinse the zucchini, cut a lid off the top of each zucchini!

Scrape out the flesh and chop finely. I used a hand mixer!

Then chop the onion and put it aside in a bowl!

In the same bowl put the other ingredients! Ground beef, salt, pepper, chopped clove of garlic and red paprika.

When you are done with that, take your peeled tomatoes and finely chop them.

So it looks like this!

Add your chopped tomatoes along with your mixed zucchini flesh in the bowl.

Mix all the ingrediants together by hand.

Begin to stuff your zucchinis with a spoon!

In each zucchini add a little bit of your beef broth!

If you didn't use all your mixture you can also make a patty.

Take your parchment paper and put it in the pan along with your filled zucchinis!

To check when if it's done poke the zucchini with the fork, if it slides through it's done.

And voilà! Bon appetit to you all!
