Cooking of potato pancakes
Recently I decided to prepare this tasty dish, and at the same time share a recipe.
So ingredients are:
- Potatoes: 8-10 pieces of medium size
- Onion: 2 pieces of medium size
- Eggs: 2
- Kefir: 200-250 grams
- Flour: 3 tablespoons
- Salt and ground black pepper - to taste
Grind the potatoes and onions until smooth using a blender or conventional grater
Add the eggs, flour and kefir, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly
Torrefy on medium heat for about 20-30 seconds per side
That's all... Serve with sour cream
