[Korean Food Introduction #61] Butter Garlic Shrimp
I am posting at steemit in Korea, and I would like to introduce you Korean food that Koreans enjoy.
This is the 61st introduction to food, and today I will introduce Butter Garlic Shrimp.
Korean eat a lot of shrimp in autumn. This is because the shrimp is produced at that point.
Today, I made shrimp dish to eat with beer.
◎ Butter Garlic Shrimp
◆ Food Ingredients
: 20 pieces of shrimp, a piece of garlic and butter
◆ Recipe
01 . After removing the inside of the shrimp and breaking the back half. Wash thoroughly and remove the water.
02 . Put cooking oil in pan and bake sliced garlic and put it out.
03 . Put the shrimp in garlic oil, and when one side is ripe, add a butter and cook the shrimp!
04 . Stir-fry a little broccoli to decorate with vegetables.
