How was the birth of 'Nachos'? Know about this food’s history!

We love to eat nachos. This Mexican food is made up of whiskered shaped chips, mixed with creams, mayonnaise and adequate amounts of grapes and various meats. After learning to eat and cook food, people tried to make it a new form in different ways. Not all time people succeed to invent something new, sometime it goes wrong. Sometimes they have completely failed, and they completely fade away. And one of the few successful is nachos. How much do you know about the food you eat? The birth of nachos

Nachos, the first of its kind, was born in Mexico. And it was invented by Ignacio Anna. In 1943, he created a new food for the wives of the soldiers in the restaurant Victoria Club in Pedres Negres, Mexico. At that time soldiers were busy working. And their wives were looking for restaurants for a while after shopping. When they arrived on the restaurant there was no food at that time on the restaurant. But Ignacio did not want to leave the people in hunger also. So, he tried to create something new in the kitchen. And his efforts was successful. The restaurant was located right next to the Duncan Fort. Tortilla chips, jalapeno, cheese mixed with the first time to prepare the food. Soon there was a name needed for the meal. What name can be given? Lastly, he used his own nickname. The name of the dish “nachos Ignacio”. After that it’s named as nachos.

Here comes the name of another man who helped Nachos to become popular food for everyone in this century. And his name is Frank Liberto. This man started selling nachos beside the Arlington Stadium. But he added a different taste to his nachos. In the beginning, only the cheese was used in Nachos. This time Frank took it a bit more forward. Using cheese melts in Nachos. There was some secret spice with it. Nachos got a lot of popularity very soon. In every 20 years it has spread in every country of the world. For his own initiative, Frank is called the father of Nachos. In 2017, the man who died on 84 years of age has also been involved with Nachos. Ignacio may have started. But Frank helped to finish it. Nachos has started selling only the baseball game on that time. But later it went away to the movie theater and all other recreational places. Frank Nachos was created as a simple snack that can be eaten in a daily life, not special food.

Nachos and Sports

 Nachos and sports has a deep dark relationship. Nachos is born for soldiers, but it is spread by the players. In 1976 Frank moved to the stadiums with a new idea. But the popularity of the Nachos with the game is quite deep. Baseball was a very popular game at that time.And next to the grounds of baseball, Nachos could be seen with Frank. People used to come to see the sports and Nachos become a part of baseball play. As well Nachos spread through the other sporting stadiums same as baseball.So it is said that the relationship between games and Nachos is very strong.
