INGREDIENTS:
- 500g purslane;
- Article 1.5 of yogurt;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- Salt;
- Olive oil, 2 tablespoons;
- Red pepper flakes;
HOW TO COOK:
Purslane promyt.ostavit only leaves and tops.
The extruded mix with garlic yogurt, add olive oil and salt.
The mixture is mixed and poured into the purslane, stir, sprinkle pepper on top.
