My Perfect Dish for The Day Blog #7: Grilled Fish (Inihaw na Isda)
Hi everyone!!
I'm back :)
I was very busy this past few days because of school matters but today I just want to give myself a break.haha I will now going to make and eat inihaw na isda or grilled fish.
Ingredients
Large fish
1 large tomato, diced
1 medium onion, diced
Lemon
1 diced ginger
Salt
Monosodium glutamate
Seasoning mix (magic sarap)
Onion leaf
Cucumber
For the sauce
Soy sauce
Lemon
Onion
Tomato
Ginger
What to do?
Wash the fish. Dry it using a paper or towel. Next, grab a salt and a seasoning mix then rub it on each side of the fish. Set aside.
Now, let's combine tomato, onion, onion leaf and ginger then add salt and monosodium glutamate for the taste and mix.
Third, stuff the mixture inside the fish for the fish to be tasteful.
Lastly, roll the fish with foil and grill.
(make sure to grill it in medium heat for about 15 minutes per side)After 30 minutes of grilling, I am now ready to present to you my special Inihaw na Isda.
