ingredients
- 60 grams of salted butter
- 100 grams of chopped Kale
- 6 egg yolks
- 60 grams of grated parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
steps
melt butter in large pan
toss in the kale and fry for 5-7 minutes over medium-high heat,
stirring occasionally.
reduce heat and quickly stir in yolks and parmesan as the yolks.
season to taste
serve in a bow. I sometimes eat straight out of the pan,
