Pork and onion stew with rice
This is one of @mihail.tsvetkov 's favorite meal, and so tonight he made it for the family, because I usually cook it 'different' than it's suppose to be. Here we have 700 kilo grams of pork cubed up and cooked in red wine till the meat has absorbed all the wine and juice. Next we had add in a good amount of chopped up onions and sautee the meal till all is fully cooked. Add in the water and grated tomato. Spices including bay leaves to taste and toasted flour to thicken the soup. The last ingredient will be crushed garlic, right at the very end. Usually this meal goes good with mash potatoes, but we decided on some steam rice which goes perfectly with it too. And last but not least some fresh parsley to garnish and jalapenos for extra heat.
