Mesquite Smoked Pork Butt That Will Impress Anyone at Your Table!

Who doesn't enjoy a pulled pork sandwich? They're very easy to get on your plate & the leftovers work in any number vf dishes. First buy some pork butt,. I( prefer to cur them in half, they fit better in my smoker that way.\

I then dry 'em with paper towels coat 'em with my Black & White rub and let the smoker & mesquite do it's magic.

You can use the pork for sandwiches & the leftovers are awesome for burritos, enchiladas or quesadillas.
