#Steemgigs:How to cook "Grilled Tender Loin"
Tenderloin was refer to the psoas major muscle along the central spine portion, ventral to the lumbar vertebrae. The most tender part of the animal, because these muscles are used for posture, rather than locomotion.
Ingredients:
200g Tender loin meet (lomo in Filipino)
1 calamansi
Zisty garlic
Rosemary
Thyme
Worcestershire sauce
Sauce:
2 full tblp brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oyster sauce
Procedure:
Marinate the tenderloin to the said seasonings and add also add the calamansi. Then grill.
And then, let's make the sweet dark sauce. Just mix the water, oyster and the sugar and heat them and wait until they become sticky.
That's all and you have now "Grilled Tenderloin!"
