Wheat is a worldwide grass-roots plant whose origin originates in the Levant region of the Middle East, but now wheat is cultivated all over the world. Global production of wheat in 2007 was 607 million tons, which was the world's 3rd largest producer of corn. Paddy and maize respectively were in 1st and 2nd places. Worldwide wheat is very important for protein as a source of protein, which is very important in human food, there is more protein in wheat, and this is available in rice and brinjal. According to the total grains used for food, wheat is in second position since Bhutta starts using animal feed and paddy is in the first position since rice is the main crop of human food. In our country, flour is available after feeding as food in our country. And this flour or flour is made from wheat. Wheat is the third place in Bangladesh as grain crop. In our country food production is much less than the population. To meet food shortage, it is possible to increase other food production as well as increase the wheat production and proper cultivation.
