Delicious hamburger for lunch

Today's post is about the burger I had for lunch the other day. It was in a place called Wiesbaden in Germany at a restaurant named ''Cubo Negro'' and the name of the burger was Juicy Lucy, which was a 250 gram patty filled with Irish Cheddar. Topped with a Jalapeno cheese sauce, tomato, lettuce and gherkins. Paired with country style spiced fries, it was a delicious lunch. Very atypical I drank a Lambrusco amabile, which is a light sparkling dark semi-sweet red wine, which for some reason worked perfectly with the burger. In Italy it is common to drink such a red win with fatty dishes, which made it work fr this very fatty burger.
