BULGARIAN PEPPERS STUFFED WITH MINCED MEAT AND RICE.
Composition
chicken minced meat (500 gr.)
- bell peppers (11 PCs.)
- black pepper
Sol
- carrots (1 PC.)
- parsley
- onion (1 piece)
- rice (100 gr.)
- tomato paste (1 tbsp)
butter
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the rice, boil in a little water.
2. Onions finely chop.
3. Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
4. Carefully blend the onion, mince, carrot, salt, and pepper. 7-8 minutes to fry in butter with tomato sauce.
5. From bell peppers, remove the seeds, pour over boiling water.
6. With the teaspoon lay the prepared filling into the peppers, put in a pan, pour water, add tomato sauce,cook on low heat with covered lid for 30-40 minutes.

I love them but I use Buckwheat mixed with shared cheese instead of meat. The vegetarian version. Thanks for sharing (^_^)
