Soft Bread

Yelloooowww, steemians....!
Some part of the world gets snowy, some gets rainy and some gets sunny...whatever the weather is, December is remarkable month of the year. For the Acehnese, this is the month where earthquake and tsunami happened 14 years ago. Yes we still remember it and will forever.


I might write seldom these days. Well, the reason is a preggo mom should aware from some radiation they say??. Well, I'm just not very well and take time taking care of my health. I still cook and bake though.


I am learning making soft bread. Not so satisfied, so the recipe will come later.


This is a no butter, egg and milk recipe. It was supposed to add honey but I replaced it with manisan or melisan (made from arenga pinnata nectar).

I bought this in traditional market,which I assumed only there you can get.

This is also my first time using water roux method. I will try again next time.


Although it didn't look so smooth by the surface due to over proofing or oven temperature but it is soft inside as you can see bubble.
