PORK CALDERETA - FILIPINO DISH
What is Pork Caldereta?
A filipino tomato stewed dish that is made on various ingredients such as pork, carrots, potatoes and other main ingredients that are going to be discussed in the next lines.
Filipino loves to cook and want to serve food which is tasty and could fulfill our desires. On the other hand, this dish made one of my favorites that is served in dinner time. There could be a lot of benefits and also helps to save money when cooking in our home instead of buying food outside.
Below are the ingredients and its benefits
1. Pork Meat
It is a good source of amino acids, proteins and minerals for the overall health. It belongs to GROW foods which is responsible for muscle build ups.
Use fresh pork meat and also washed it properly because it is visible to fat.
2. Pork and Beans
A good source of fiber that helps to lower cholesterol and also helps to decrease heart disease.
3. Dried Peas
It is good for the health since it provides cholesterol - lowering fiber, also used to manage blood sugar from rising quickly.
4. Tomato Paste
Made from fresh tomatoes that provides antioxidants and also gives iron, pottasium.
Give the stickiness and flavor to the dish.
5. Onion and Garlic
A very good source to combat infections like fungal infections.
6. Carrots
A high source of betacarotene that protects your skin and eye health. Drinking fresh pure carrots juice helps to avoid cancer and heart disease.
7. Potatoes
Fights against inflammation and constipation since it gives choline that takes the responsibilty.

So here is the steps on the making:
Make sure that you washed properly all the ingredients.
1. Pour cooking oil in a large pan and wait until it becomes hot.
2.Saute the garlic and onion.
Mix the garlic and onion until you could smell the essence.
3. Put the pork and mix them with the garlic and onion.
Wait until all the side of the pork is properly heated with the oil.
4. Add water to the pork. Wait until it boils and the meat will be soft already.
5. Add the tomato paste just proportional to your meat. Mix and properly distribute .
6. Add the carrots and potatoes, wait also until both will be soft.
7. Add the dry peas and pork and beans.
8. Add the condiments to give the flavor.
Ready to served.
Eating is the best relief for stress. Keep eating but in a healthy diet.
