It's a Kind Of Crusty Pancake in xinjiang, China.We called it"Nang"in Chinese.It is the favorite and daily food for the Xinjiang local people with its over 2000-year history.

Today is my first time to eat Nang.It's large,much larger than my face.
And it's simple,doesn't have any extra decoration,but it's delicious.I like it!

今天和俩闺蜜年前小聚，约吃了新疆菜。还特地打包了一堆馕回家。提在手上，仿佛人家新疆人出远门似的，自己都觉得好笑。

第一次吃新疆的馕，我想说，好大个啊，而且好好吃，简简单单的食物，但是越嚼越香，越吃越好吃。我喜欢！生活有时就跟食物一样，不需要华丽的修饰，简简单单最真实。
