Un rico almuerzo

Quiero compartir una idea de un platillo que me hace mi mamá, para mí es perfecto. Es Cordon blue de pollo, le queda súper crujiente y ese relleno de jamón y queso amarillo derretido es delicioso, lo combina con cosas que me gustan muchísimo, tostones, puré, ensalada y arroz. Le doy 20 puntos a mi mamá en la cocina.
