For some, the weekend starts very soon; Well, this as far as guests are concerned ... if it is your case, do not hesitate to serve an "awesome" menu this Thursday based on our combination of dishes. Only the main course is a little laborious; As for the salad, it's a matter of singing and mixing!

Melon Salad
Ingredients
• 2 melons not very ripe.
• Pressed turkey meat.
• Lemon juice
• Salt
Preparation:
Divide the melons in half. Ahuéquelos with a special spoon for it- those with the tip in the form of a concave ball, to, at the same time, give shape to the melon pulp- or simply, with a regular spoon- in the latter case, cut the pulp in cubes. I lightly sprinkle the inside of the melon and sprinkle it evenly on the inside with lemon juice. Now cut the pressed turkey meat - the amount we leave it to your liking - in small pieces and mix it with the melon pulp; season with salt to taste and lemon juice. Distribute this mixture in the "melon bowls" to serve.
COLES (REPOLLOS) FILLED
Ingredies
• 1 cabbage (cabbage) medium
• 300 grs. Of ground beef
• 60 grs of mortadella cut into pieces.
• 1 onion
• 2 slices of bread dipped in milk and spilled.
• 2 tablespoons grated cheese.
• 1 spoonful of chopped parsley.
• 2 eggs
Ketchup:
• 1 onion
• 450 grs. Tomatoes, peeled
• 1 parsley mallet.
• 1 basil mallet.
• Olive oil.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
PREPARATION
First, make the sauce. In a little olive oil sauté the onion, chopped, together with the parsley and the basil well minced. Once these ingredients are well fried, add the tomatoes, minced, and cook them in a set with the other ingredients over low heat, stirring frequently, to undo the pulp of the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. This sauce should be thick and the pulp of the tomatoes should almost disappear.
Prepare the cabbage (cabbage): cut and discard the outer leaves; also cut the interior by the base and choose among them the healthiest - two or three per person - wash and drain them. In a large pot, boil plenty of salt water. As soon as it boils, throw the cabbage leaves together, do not fit all together, put them in groups - and cook them for 3 or 4 minutes. Remove them from the boil and spread them on a damp cloth.
Meanwhile prepare the filling: cut the mortadella into pieces and combine it with the ground beef. Cut the minced onion and parsley very lightly, add them to the meat mixture. Soak 2 slices of bread in milk; overcooked, also incorporate them into the meat, like grated cheese and eggs. Season with salt to taste.
To fill the sheets, place about 3 or 4 tablespoons of filling in the center of each sheet; fold the edges of it over the center. Place each filled cabbage in a heat-resistant mold; pour the tomato sauce on top and put the mold to bake about 40 minutes at moderate heat. Serve this dish very hot.
