«Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies»

Ingredients:
90 gr. butter
160 gr. sour cream
2 eggs
100 gr. Sahara
1 bag of vanilla sugar
80 gr. chocolate drops or chocolate
A pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
100 gr. flour
200-250 gr. oatmeal requiring cooking
Steps
Beat the butter at room temperature with two types of sugar, then add eggs one by one, then sour cream.

Mix flour, baking powder and oatmeal in a bowl, then add liquid ingredients and chocolate drops, or chopped chocolate. The dough should get quite thick, if it is thin, then add more oatmeal.

Spread cookies conveniently with wet hands or a spoon. Bake 30 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 gr.
