Bass fillet with green beans
Bass - a type of sea bass, low-fat and delicate in taste. For the first time this fish tasted in London, relished. For this recipe, and other fish fit: perch, hake, cod, etc.
Ingredients:
380 g (2 pcs.) Bass fillet
2 eggs
4 tbsp flour
400 g fresh green beans
1.5 tablespoons honey
3 cloves of garlic
vegetable oil
salt, pepper, thyme
sesame and pumpkin seeds
2 lemon slices
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
Steps:
Cut fish fillets into portions and salt and pepper on both sides.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, prepare a plate of flour.
Dip fillet pieces in flour, then in egg.
Put the fish on a preheated frying pan. Fry on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Put the finished fillet pieces on top of one another, sprinkling with thyme.
Boil the beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Knock over a colander and allow to drain completely.
Add crushed garlic to a heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes on low heat, add honey, mix well.
Put the beans and fry, stirring occasionally until fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
Sprinkle beans with sesame and pumpkin seeds, mix (you can use any seeds to your taste).
For serving: lemon wedges and fresh thyme sprigs.
