Guasacaca
Ingredientes:
-1 Aguacate.
-1 Cebolla mediana.
-2 Dientes de ajo.
-1 Pimentón verde pequeño.
-1 Ramillete de cilantro.
-1 Ramillete de perejil.
-Aceite.
-Vinagre.
-Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Preparación:
Retire la concha del aguacate y la semilla, pique en trozos, coloque en un procesador de alimentos, o en una licuadora, junto con la cebolla, el pimentón y el ajo, coloque las hojas de cilantro y perejil, y encienda el procesador, agregue poco a poco aceite y vinagre hasta formar una crema ligera, salpimiente al gusto. Puede ser mas espesa o ligera según su preferencia. Envase y utilice para aderezar y acompañar carnes, ensaladas, yuca, o lo que se le ocurra.
