My own version of TAKOYAKI
My very own homemade Takoyaki..😍😉😊
Good day steemnians😊😊. This is one of our favorite japanese street food name TAKOYAKI. We love this so much because its yummy and full of veggies and its so healthy to our body😉😊.This filled with baby shrimp,cabbage,carrots,corn etc. or its up to you what you want to add.😍😉.It is then cooked in a takoyaki pan then serve with a takoyaki sause mayonnaise and ketchup.They are shaped like little round balls.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ready In : 30 minutes
Cooking Method : Fry
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cake flour
2 cup water
1 egg
Vegetable oil
Baby shrimp
Cabbage, chopped
Carrots, chopped
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
PROCEDURE:
In a bowl combine cake flour in a water
Grease and brush the preheated pan, a very hot takoyaki pan with vegetable oil
Place a few pieces of each filling ingredients into a cup of pan, Pour batter into each cup of pan until full
allow the buttom to set and cook until golden brown. About 2 minutes turn the balls using takoyaki picks to cook the other side
Tranfer to the plate then put takoyaki sause mayonnaise and ketchup.
Thats it ready to eat..
