Receta de Pollo con champiñones a la crema
Ingredientes
( 45 gramos) de mantequilla, 1/2 cebolla blanca, finamente picada, 1 diente de ajo, finamente picado, 250 gramos de champiñones, 1 chorrito de leche, 250 gramos de crema 1/2 cucharada de caldo de pollo granulado, 1 pechuga de pollo grande, cocida y cortada en cubos.
Preparación Derrite la mantequilla en un sartén grande a fuego medio y sofríe el ajo y la cebolla hasta que se vean transparentes, aproximadamente 5 minutos. Agrega los champiñones y la leche; mezcla bien y cocina a fuego lento hasta que los champiñones se hayan cocido, aproximadamente 15 minutos. Agrega la crema, revuelve y sazona con el caldo de pollo granulado. Incorpora la pechuga cocida y cocina durante unos minutos más, hasta que se caliente, sin dejar que la crema hierva. Retira del fuego y sirve caliente .
