Roast of 12 hours, Costa Rican Tropical Rib
We have a beautiful pork rib, roasted for exactly 12 hours. Until your bone comes out very easily.
Ingredients: Salt, black pepper, sugar, pineapple, cinnamon, Tropical Samson: it is a combination of herbs such as thyme, oregano, orange powder, lemon powder.!
The asado is an international tradition, I share a Costa Rican recipe.
