Costa Rican Tropical food

Today we have fish steak (mahi mahi). Up has shrimp sauce this sauce with onion, chives, black pepper, sweet cream, salt.
We have a fresh salad of mustard dressing lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion.
We have fresh vegatables steamed with butter and garlic.
We have "PATOCONES TICOS" cook, this is bigger green bananas. To cook these first remove the green skin then cut in half and fry with a lot of oil for 5 minutes until golden brown, then take out the frying pan or fryer then put a sandwich bag and a half inside and crush it with a plate Large or with a glass is good too.
