RE: Almond Cookies donuts shaped ♥ Grain free and Paleo ♥ ♥
I truly love your posts. Whenever I am finished reading I end up with a better mindset than I was in before I started. Thank you for the inspiration to live a healthier life.
Hey... thank you! I'm so happy to read this! You made my day, really :)! Hopefully you can introduce some healthy habits in your day-routine! Just a few. At least one/week. And then we move forward with another one!! What do you think?:p
I like that idea! But where to begin?!
Well...IDK!!! what is much easier for you? Drink 8 glasses of water (if you dont already do this right now) or maybe you could have a healthy fruit/day? just a suggestion. I'm trying to think what is best for you to start, but I dont have many informations about your activities. But anyways, havin' enough water or having a fruit it's soooo basic. you've heard enough of it right? WATER! DRINK WATER!! blabla etc etc...So...if dont drink enough water, this si it! Start with one of these!! Or...if you go out to eat, try to choose more vegetables. I'm not saying to pass out the meat. No, just have whatever you have + something veggie. This sounds like a challenge:p btw, I didn;t had the time to participate at the foodcontest. Is it on for this next week?
Yess! Although I only had 1 entry so far I plan to continue every week and hopefully it will grow into something. Thanks for the advice @missdeli :) I think I already have 8 glasses of water per day but I will try to drink even more... and I will try to keep track of it. The veggies on the other hand, I need to work on!
If you're ok with the water, then we think about how to have more veggies. But I've seen you're coming to EU. So, maybe we should talk more about it when you're back home?:D cause you can;t focus while you're here:)
Ireland is known for potatoes.... potatoes are veggies right?! ;)
Haha but yes I may need to postpone my healthy makeover until after the trip... they are also known for beer... but heyy Romania is just a hop away ;)
Potatoes are a different story! so...nup! we wait until you're back home;)) and yes, Romania is not too far;)) 3000 km or so.
thank you for the RESTEEM :)
