Truffles Diet Damascus with Coconut Milk:

 Rende 55 units of 20 grams.

ingredients:

TRUFFLE:

150 grams of dry Damascus;
90 ml of coconut milk;
500 grams of chocolate icing to diet milk.

ROOF:

350 grams of chocolate icing to diet milk

Method of preparation:

Cover apricots with warm water and moisturise for 30 minutes. Take the heat and simmer until tender. Let cool, remove excess water and chop into very small pieces. Melt 500 grams of chocolate icing to diet milk, add the coconut milk and chopped apricot. Mix well and refrigerate until firm dough. Remove and shape the trufas.Reserve.


Melt the remaining chocolate, bathe truffles one by one and place them on a surface lined with parchment paper. Take the refrigerator to dry the cover.
