Patty 3 Cheese and Chicken:

 

ingredients:

For mass:

2 cups of special flour;
60 g Margarine 80% fat;
3 egg yolks;
1 tablespoon rasa dessert baking to cake;
Add more flour if you need;
1 mild seasoning for pasta envelope.

Method of preparation:

Add all the ingredients until it forms a ball, knead well.
Fit the dough in the forms a thickness of half a centimeter.
Fill with grated mozzarella, parmesan and thick cream cheese. (I made my own cheese).
Brush gem.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat the oven temperature to 160 and bake until golden brown.
You can do with chicken and cheese.
