Crispy fried chicken drumsticks - A delicious fast food recipe
Today I am sharing a crispy recipe, I was in a mood of eating something crispy and juicy, so I made crispy drumstick today.
I do not eat fast food in my daily routine but whenever I eat it I enjoy it a lot, the trend of eating fast food is increasing day by day because it takes less time to cook it. I was watching TV and i thought that its been months I have not eaten any kind of fast food why not make it today so I went to the shop bought some leg pieces of chicken and came to home. I was making fast food after such a long time I was a little nervous how it will be after cooking, it turned out very tasty.
The thing is whenever you make drumstick one thing you should kept in mind that it must be crispy and juicy without that you are never going to enjoy the drumsticks. I have seen some people they do not cook it properly , for that you can microwave it or give it a steam before frying in an pan. I am not using oven in this recipe I have used steamer to half cook it and it will cook properly after frying in a pan.
ingredients
Chicken 1 kg, ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp, yogurt 1 cup, lemon 1. these are for marination.
For coating. corn flour 4 tsp, baking powder 2 tsp, oats 2 tsp, black pepper 1/2 tsp, red pepper powder 1 tsp, salt to taste, eggs 2, vinegar 2tsp, bread crumbs, oil 2 cup .
Instructions
Marinate chicken and left it for at least 3 hours but more than 10 hours will make it better, steam the chicken for 15 minutes, mix all the ingredients of coating except eggs and vinegar, beat the eggs and mix it with vinegar, now dip the chicken in eggs and mix it with coating mixture do it 2 times, heat the oil and fry it.

Look scrumptious. Rather than breadcrumbs, I like to use Panko. It gives an extra crunch!
