Protein smoothie; green tea, spinach, cucumber and banana
Ingredients
• 2 (frozen) bananas
• 1/3 cucumber
• handfull of spinach
• 1 avocado
• 3 tablespoons of greek yoghurt
• 1 glass of green tea
• 1 or two glasses of milk
• Chia seed
• flaxseed
• 2 scoops of vanilla proteinpowder
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix all the ingredients. Serve your smoothie in a glass or bottle (easy for keeping it fresh in the fridge).
