How to make Pastry triangles filled with minced meat
Pastry filled with minced meat, onion, garlic, salt, cumin powder and a little bit of rice. For the topping use 1 egg yolk and sesame seeds and/or poppy seeds.
Take a litle bit of rice and boil this. Take an onion and a garlic clove and mix this with the minced meat, add the cumin and salt. Now that the meat is ready, start cooking this. Meanwhile take the pastry out of the freezer and let it thaw. When the meat is cooked let it cool and add the cooked rice.
Take the pastry and put some filling on it and fold the pastry diagonaly to make a triangle. Get a fork and use the end to close the sides of the pastry. Put the triangles on a oven plate. Smear the egg yoke on the top and put some sesame or poppy seeds on it and put the plate in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius and bake it for 20 minutes. Take the triangles out of the oven, let them cool off a bit and serve them. U can use chili sauce as a perfect dipping sauce.
